Dear Sir,
We've been always charged Rs. 0.50 more for milk/buttermilk we but from our retailers.

According to them they're charging under 'Refrigerator' charge, charging for keeping bags inside their refrigerator.
My concern is, however, they don't put such charge on other products which are also stored inside cold-storage (e.g. butter, paneer, cheese or cold drinks etc.)
Also, according to our government advertisements, we should never pay beyond MRP, as it includes retailers' profit.

I sincerely request you to look into the matter and advise if they're charging correctly and if yes, any specific reason for this?
Also, I want to bring this to your consideration that such practice is followed by even other dairys as well
