Dear Sir / Madam,

I was approached by a Times of India Area Sales Executive for their offer for starting the Subscription of -
1. Times of India Newspaper alongwith Economic Times from Mondays to Saturdays
2. Times of India Newspaper alongwith Mumbai Mirror on Sundays
I agreed for the subscription paid a Cheque No. 763949 date 21.10.12 for the amount of Rs. 1042/- vide Order No. MTOI 3851692 and also paid a Cash payment of Rs. 8/- vide Order No. MSTOI 3867752 (both the receipts attached with this email). The Subscription was supposed to be started from 16th November 2012 for one year ending 15th November 2013.

On 16th Nov. 2012, the aforesaid subscription did not start. I contacted their Area Sales Executive several times on his mobile number but he was not answering me as he was having some type of dispute with the local newspaper vendor. Thereafter I called up and started giving verbal complaints to Times of India office at help line No. 66354021 / 22731111, Everytime, a call should come and inform me, that the matter will be looked immediately but nothing was done. I started sending emails to Times of India grievance dept.

On 4th February, 2013 at last I received a written reply from Times of India ( CRM DSP ) saying that they will communicate with the Area Sales Executive. Thereafter the Area Sales Executive – Mr. Sagar (Mobile # 9773522850 ) contacted me and finally the subscription had started on 7th February, 2013.

Since the subscription was started late, so on 13th February, 2013, I requested the Times of India – CRM DSP, to issue me a revised subscription letter starting w.e.f 7th February, 2013 to 6th February, 2014. For this also, I received a reply from their office saying that they have informed the Area Sales Executive to do so.( All emails upto 14th February, 2013 docx file enclosed ). I did not receive any confirmation or letter from the Area Sales Executive, who is also not contactable.

On 16th November, 2013 the above subscription was discontinued. Thereafter , I complained many times verbally and by writing. I receive email from them but no step is taken further to solve this matter (enclosed docx file consisting the email sent & received after 16th Nov. 2013).
Till today the said subscription has not been re-started and no Area Sales Executive of Times of India, has approached or called me, for this purpose.
I request your good self to kindly look into this matter.
