Complaint Details
In had travelled by Tata Marcopolo locally innbangalore on 12.8.2013 snd AC was not functioning.The condugtor charges Rs.25/- and I requested only ordinary fare be charges.He refused.This complaint was regd with BMTC on 12.8.2013 ref 2726. Till now they havenot bothered to refund or replied my reminders. Marcopolo buses are ramshackle buses and no match for VOLVOS.
