Dear sir
I have face a problem from Axis bank.I have a axis bank bank which was lost on dated 16/08/2013 and same day I hotlisted that card and bank reissued me new card against lost card on dated 21/08/2013.after some days I recieved a credit card statement which show that lost card was used for Rs 22298/-. I stunned to see statement.after that I contact with you on my matter and with the help of you my problem was solve and bank back all my charges which was deduct by bank on hotlisted card.
But now I face same problem becz my credit card statement shows that the same hotlisted card used for Rs 5461.89/- on dated 22/11/2013.i am surprised how a hotlisted credit card used again and again.so I request you please resolve my case and ask to bank how it possible a hotlisted card used again and again.
