Complaint Details
I have done one ticket PNR No. 672-2354492 from Bhubaneswar to Secunderabad for 20th Dec 13 by Guwahati- Secunderabad express 12514. I do not want to travel and tried to cancel the ticket on 18th Dec 13 at 10.30 pm for at least last 30 mts. The PNR status says that the chart is not prepared. But not allowing me to cancel the ticket.

It says that the "chart is prepared" from remote/ originating station and recommends filing of TDR. When I press the TDR button, it says that the "chart is not prepared" and not allowing me to file a TDR.

The IRCTC system did not allow me to either cancel the ticket or file a TDR process. Thereby pushing me closer to train departure time and hence more amount of deduction.
