Now after 8 refunds in last 3 month the VAS policy for Video store illegal charges has been changed by Reliance.

Now they can on the name of policy change on refund can charge the VAS Video STore amount illegallly.

I have got refunds in Oct, Nov, Nov again on VAS Video Store service which was never requested or used by me.

Today when i called to get the refund I was being told that refund policy has chnaged and they cant refund the amount.

This is strictly illegal and against the ethical practice of doing business.

I request all of you folks to please support here and share your feedback so our voice can be heard and ETHICAL - LEGAL - ways of using the service are in place.
