Complaint Details
I had purchased a shirt worth Rs2500 from this store in September during sale season.This shirt has push buttons which came off from the roots when i unbuttoned. When I went to the store they asked me to produce the bill.I didn't have the bill.Then they told me to leave the shirt with them and told me that they will get it repaired. I got no response from them for next 20 days. When I again went to the store they told me that they cannot repair it or do anything about it. I was asked to collect the shirt after a few days.
I want them to either replace or repair the item.
