Complaint Details
I am a consumer of Videocon D2h service. But unfortunately on dt 11/11/2013 Rs. 500/- has deducted from my Videocon D2h account towards activation of Star World Premiere HD Chanel with 12 month subscription without my knowledge or prior permission.
I have contacted the costumer care over by mobile phone severally but they are refused to deactive my unwanted service & refund my money.
1) I want my money Rs. 500/- back to my Videocon d2h account
2) Deactivation of Star World Premiere HD chanel.
3) Commitment from the company not to repeated the same in future without my permission.
