Mr. Aditya Ravetkar (+919167107745, +919967343796) of Ash n Maple modular trends, thane based modular furniture makers had collected Rs 5,000 from me towards designing charges for 5 rooms of my new house with a promise to design 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. He also added that he would do the dry area of balcony on a complementray basis. This money was given to him as cash on May 12 2013, saying he urgently needs the money. On the next day issued me a receipt which was emailed to me. This designing charges he said would be for n number of changes. He has only completed designing kitchen and one bedroom with the required changes. The rest are still incomplete.
I have the bill given by them through email and the same can be produced if needed.
Wanted to get this done by august 2013, but he did not pick calls, reply to messages and said he was unwell. Then later also the work was incomplete. He never picked my calls or replied my msgs. Last month he had accidentally picked my call and said since I did not let him start working on making my kitchen, he had lost interest and that he had collected only bare minimum towards designing charges. He would refund Rs 1,000 towards designing charges for living room and asked me to msg my bank account details which I did. Till date, he has not transferred and does not pick my calls or reply to my messages.
Ash n Maple is completely unprofessional. We were saved from them as we were planning to give our entire kitchen to be done by them. Had we given this to them all our money in lakhs could have got completely stuck. They don’t pick any of the calls or respond to text messages.
