This is my 8th complaint regarding my samsung grand.Even after changing for motherboard freezing problem has not been solved.I again submitted my phone to the service center and my jobsheet no. is 4165693036.Every time the company people are telling me that they are not able to find problem with the set whereas iam always finding problem.sometimes its getting freezed for 12 13 hours.I even showed a video of 30 seconds when the set is hanged for 12 13 hours.Now they are telling show us a video of atleas 10 15 mins.They are not ready to accept the fact that the set has some manufacturing defect.They are literally harassing me.Being a student my time is completely wasted by just going to the service center thousands of time.I need a replacement immediately that too i wont take grand as replacement or else need a full refund
