Complaint Details
I have chosen Prestige food processor only because of its brand name; however it was my biggest mistake of my life, as I have not used this product for a single day, 10 month has been already passed and I still don’t have the product in my hand, below problems I have faced.
1. I have purchased Maestro-Max as product from one of the exhibition from Prestige Smart Kitchen distributer in Pune, where below points has been committed to me however all are false:-
a. This is one of the best Prestige products. (It’s just opposite of commitment)
b. Prestige is having best service in India. (It’s just opposite of commitment, Suffering from last 10 month)
c. You no need to go anywhere and in case of any issue, you will get home service. (Just opposite of the commitment, I spend around 5ooo as travel cost for this product but problem still not resolved)
d. Parts are easily available with quick service (Even product is not available and nobody knows anything why not available and the product or parts will be available in future or not)
2. The Product was having some issue hence and then I chosen Maestro but because of that I had to compromise of 500 rs for that.
3. After 1 month I got Maestro from Distributer, and even though I loss money still I was ok till that time.
4. it’s surprising that, product Maestro was not working at the time of 1st use, when I complained than came to know that Motor is not working and also Juicer attachment was also not ok.
5. Motor has been repaired and but Juicer attachment was not available so asked me to wait unless we receive new part of juicer.
6. After the 2 month I came to know that, Prestige have policy that, if part is not available for 1month than you will replace complete product.
7. Due to that I have to again carry that product at distributor’s location and it has been committed that I will receive the new product within 15 days.
8. In the entire above mentioned process, total 10 months has been passed but still I did not received any solution (Neither the product and nor my money back).
10 They are asking me to choose another product (Champion), it’s like the same case that you chosen the LED television and they are delivering you LCD or below model.
11. the most surprising point is that, even we are not getting any online review about any prestige food processor, however when are did enquiry with some other people than came to know that they are facing many issue with prestige food processor.
The summery of issue is that, if Prestige sells the processor to me and any issue arises than they should resolve within some moderate timelines.
If they don’t have the same product than they should provide money back to customer, or provide the product with same features.
But here they are asking to take other product that don’t have similar feature and not having good review, and for rest of the money they are asking to purchase any other product.
Its totally unfair, such type of policies only to cheat the customer hence I left the faith on this company and I advice you to don’t believe on this company.
This is clear case of fraud and mental torture
