I purchased a new spice mi-496 model (IMEI 911320050202043) from saholic website in nov,2013. After 6-7 days i noticed that
some sms with code only were not being recive by handset i.e. from bank, irctc, mobile company etc. I bring my handset to spice service centre in gurgaon
but after some days they eturned the set without correcting the problem. When i realized this, i again went to service centre and since then they are misguiding me with my handset. I made a big mistake by purchasing spice handset. these small companies can sell cheap chinese handsets but can not provide the service quality like samsung/nokia.

I am not sure when i will get my handset or i have to assume my handearned money has gone to waste.
