Dear Sir,
On 01/12/2013 i have ordered(Order no-6157) a cardigan for my mother through online sopping from monte carlo on-line shopping store. On 07/12/2013 my father received the courier from DTDC and infront of the delivery boy when he opened the parcel he found a saul inside it. He mentioned the same thing on the delivery receipt i.e. DRS. the delivery boy has written the same thing on invoice and signed on it. I talk with monte carlo support they ask me to send the snapshot of product which i have sended the same day of delivery. After 2-3 days i called monte carlo again but they are saying i can not help you in this regard. We have checked all the things every thing is right from our end. I contacted to their courier i.e. DTDC and talk with delivery boy he is accepting the things. I requested to DTDC for scan copy of DRS, they sended. I have the scan copy of DRS on which that is clerly what my father has written about the happening.
