This is 8th no. complaint regarding my phone samsung galaxy grand.This is the third time i have submitted my phone for freezing of my screen.Again for the third time service center is telling there is no problem with the set and returning it back though i have submitted two videos of my phone when it is hanged.They even changed the motherboard but still the problem is there with the set which they are refusing to acknowledge.I have been running behind this set from the day i have bought it and now its been 6 months still iam running.I need immediate replacement for this set or else refund me the amount which i have spent on this useless phone.Please look into this matter and arrange a refund or replacement asap.
