I had placed an order on 22nd of November 2013 i.e. a month back. It has not been delivered yet. There is not any response from the customer care of the company. No one picks up the call. Somehow I got the number of the company’s director (Name: Raghuveer Prasad : 9739588587). I called him up and cancelled the order and he told me that he will return back the money as the company is closing down. But he never did and he never picked up the call again. I repeatedly called him and again he did not respond to my calls. I also sent a mail to their customer care, but there was no response. Please look into the matter and take the needful action so that I get my money back. The details of my order are as given below.
