# They have tortured me with their service, worst experience.
# They are taking 6-7 times more than the committed time line to deliver your goods.
# You will die following up with them. They will start ignoring your calls; do not pick your calls.
# They are making excuses like truck is on its way, truck is under maintenance ..whatever.
# You will never get correct status of your consignment, daily they will say it will reach tonight.
# They will provide you wrong contact numbers, saying it the driver of truck talk to him.

I have booked a bike from Delhi to Lucknow they committed for delivery in 3 days still after 14 days I didn't received my bike and I don’t have any status where is it as they are giving excuses.
I need some strict action or a way to put big fine on them for wasting my time.
