The Insurance of the vehilce was done by United India Insurance on the good faith of the dealer.The delivery of the vehicle was taken on 13 June 2012, evening.

The vehicle Toyota Etios was snatched dated 14 June 2012 the next day at 10:15pm from Subhanpur Area. The FIR against the same was registered dated 15 June 2012 at 15:50pm bearing FIR no 68/2012 PS Subhanpur Distt. Kapurthala. The Snatching of the vehicle was informed to the Dealer and the Insurance Co. the very same Day dated 15 June 2012. As suggested by the Dealer All the respective documents regarding the snatching of the Vehicle along with the FIR copy was handed over to Mr Surinder Singh Branch Manger United India Insurance Batala branch (Mob No 98728-04080). The documents were duly received by him. He committed the processing of our case to higher authorities.
After a span Mr Kalia Surveyor (Mob : 81466-89866) contacted us . All the information and relevent documents as asked by him were handed over to him. He personally visited the dealer and investigated about the delivery of the vehicle, he also visited Police Station Subhanpur Distt Kapurthala and the place of snatching along with us for his investigation.
Police Station Subhanpur provided Us and SSP office the copy of the Untraced Report (Adampata Report) dated 30 July 2012. The report was submitted to the Dealer and Mr Surinder Singh BM UII Batala branch by hand.
We requested the Dealer and Mr Surinder Singh UII to release 75% of the insured amount to us and the balance 25% on submitting final report of SSP office 173CRPC as we bear the loan from Mahindra & Mahindra finance co amounting to Rs 5.40 lacs with 45 Emi's of 16000 per month for clearing bank liabilities. But no response was given to us by the dealer and UII. Both the parties took our pain lightly. On suggesting by the dealer we regularly contacted 25-30 times Mr Surinder Singh for our claim but he didnt responded us and no satisfactory response was given to us.
A letter dated 1 Nov 2013 ref no 885 was issued to us by UII and the same was answered by us dated 22 Nov 2013 along with the keys and receipt was duly received by them on surrendering.

It has been a long term Dec 2013, and are paying all the installments since last 11/2 year. But have not received any response from their side.Kindly request you to look into the matter and get the same resloved 75% as soon as possible from dealers and Insurance Co side for clearing our bank liability. And the balance 25% on submitting 173CRPC report for final settlement.
