i bought a mobile by Lenovo K900 in July and in October the wifi stopped working. the service centre told me tha the main component, the mother board has to be changed. I wrote to Lenovo and after 2 months they agreed and send me a replacement. The new handset right out of the box also had same problem. The chances are very less that I will get 2 units with the same problem. it just proves about the quality. now after another mnth of me writing to them they are again sending me a new unit, but I don't want another unit this time. its been already 3 months I am facing issues. now I want a refund. can you help me in this.
