Complaint Details
My name is Rakesh Sharma from Faridabad. My phone no. is 9911006534. Last week I got a call from a guy named Mr. Jai phone no. 0120-2593950 for some membership plan of Rs. 13,999/- from bagittoday.
In that offer they told that in Rs. 13,999/- they will give me
• Diamonds of Rs. 30,000/-
• Some utensils
• One (1) Mitashi Smart Phone
• Two (2) watches.
• They will give me a membership of www.bagittoday.com for life time according to which they will give me discount up to 50% on every item whatever I will purchase from their website.
• They will send me one more gift item on 26.12.2013.
I rejected their offer but then they told me to deduct that amount in EMI option for 12 months via ECS option from my debit card. I accepted their offer. All this conversation was on phone. I am having recording of that conversation in my phone.
On Saturday (21.12.2013) I paid that amount to them on phone via ATM/Debit card of ICICI Bank. My Order No. is 33508982.
After paying the amount, now they are refusing all their offers. My complaints are:
• That time they told that they will send me my membership ID on my e-mail ID (rakesh.16@live.com). But up to today I did not receive any mail regarding membership ID. Next day they told that they are sending my membership ID in Hard Copy with my Purchase Item (First Four (4) items in the list above). When I received their product there was no Membership ID. Now they are telling that you should take your membership ID at the time of payment. It can not be generated now.
• Now they are not sending any gift item what they promised to send on 26.12.2013.
• My whole amount i.e. Rs. 13,999/- is fully deducted which should be deducted in EMI option. Now My account balance is lower than the account opening limit of bank amount because of that I have to pay some penalty to my bank.
• Their all items are of worst quality. Their diamonds have no market value.
Regarding all this, I talked to Mr. Jai, Mr. Rahul and Mr. Saurabh in the promotional Department. They are misguiding me and misbehaved with me. I am having all the phone conversations recorded with me. Please help me asap.
