Complaint Details
Jet Konnect flight on 27/12/13 from Delhi to Raipur under PNR LQSDLB departed two hours early leading to my missing the flight. The airlines did not intimate me about the change in the time of departure. They also refused to provide for my accommodation for the 11 hour overnight wait in the alternate indirect flight provided.
