I have ordered a parking sensor on 21st dec 2013 of RS 736(compaint of order no 11822335_01) but i have not received any product from tradus .com till now and no customer care has called me for any explanation. i am surprised to see that this company has a too much low standard in customer service and has no space for customer complaints as they are not free to listen to our complaints and are not bothered about that . tradus.com is only showing the poor standard of customer service and from now on i will advise all my friends to avoid shopping from this site as they dont have time to contact to the customer about their grievances and in my case product is not delievered to me
