Complaint Details
Its on 18th dec 2013 , we took our laptop for Hardware (Hinges) repair . However when we got it returned , its battery was totally drained and showing the message , " Needs to be replaced " . Before handing it to the service person , battery was well and good and we checked it and confirmed that at service center itself . They dont have any explanation for the sudden damage of battery .

However , when we checked the battery number corresponding to our Laptop id on Dell sites , It was totally different . We confirmed it with Dell that in no case the battery ID can be different from that mentioned on Website . That clearly means that within the Service duration of Laptech Solution there were some scrambling done by service person on the battery . Considering that the laptop was first time serviced at their shop , we came to a conclusion that they have replaced the battery . They are not accepting their stake in this matter and using language like " Jo karna ho kar lo " to worsen the situation.
