Hi,

We got a valid Membership with Enrich Salon and can avail their service at any outlet. Yesterday me and my wife Sridevi Reddy, went there. My wife was a ex staff of Enrich and they denied Service to her saying that she didn't left the job as per their company protocol. We didn't went there as a staff but as a customer. How can they deny the service. I complained about this on their customer care and today i got a call from their Call Center head saying that they won't provide service no matter what. My wife was embarrassed in front of others. I want to get the services rendered to my wife at any Enrich Salon of my choice or get sufficient compensation for the same.

Please advice what should I do and where should I complaint. I have got the recording of the convesrsation with the Center Head
