I Dr Sunand B Kharat owner of flat no 401/402 in Acura E, Rustomjee Urbania, Thane bought the property after getting assurance of possession of the flat by May 2011.
Even after a delay of 2.5 years the company is pressuring the owners to purchase parking slots or else possession of the flats is kept in abeyance.
