I cannot describe how much angry, tired and frustrated i feel because of Idea Cellular and its agents. I have been man handled since last 2 months and just feel like robbed. 09th November, i made all the payments of my outstanding amount as well as a new payment of 150 to get my mobile into safe custody so that the rental is not charged anymore. Since then i feel like a dog running after them always but I get no responses and now the bill for 2 months has got generated and they are asking me to pay for it. when i told them i already made the payment for 150 to put the number into safe custody, they say it has been adjusted in my outstanding amount. I am really tired, i wasted all my money and this is the kind of service i am getting. I am just a petty customer I want to sue those guys but really dont know how to, cant waste any more money like that, have totally lost faith and hope.
