Complaint Details
I had a complaint with my two wheeler battery. The Showroom mechanic Sreekar took the battery to be sent to Exide batteries on Oct 21 2013. He said it will take three weeks. I called after three weeks He was on leave December 4th, I went to the showroom and Sreekar was not there. Hence his mobile number was given, When I contacted him he shouted at me saying why I didn't come earlier and asked me to come on 11th Decmeber 2013. when I went he told me lost the battery and hence he needed to talk to his supervisor Mr Vanndan and asked me to come back on 14th December 2013. I went back on 14th and Mr Vanndan told Sreekar to get a new battery and for that they asked me to comeback on 28th December 2013. I went back 28th Decemeber 2013 and they gave some battery which they claimed as new one. There are no bill details. They are not ready to give me warranty on the battery saying that my warranty period has expired. The battery I got doesn't seem to be new battery. Instead they said when you gave the battery to be sent for Exide you had only two months of warranty left and hence if you face any issues until Feb 2014, we will take care of it but we will not give you any warranty
