Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to state that I ordered a mobile phone (HTC ONE True Clone) from Kaunsa.com on the 8th of Nov, 2013 & paid them through my debit card a sum of Rs: 9999.00; order No: KA/4206/HEDCFMDU. I ordered the product after reading the specifications advertised on the website of Kaunsa.com.
The product arrived on the 24th of Nov, 2013, but when i started & tested the product it was not the same as mentioned on the website,(for eg: RAM 256MB instead of 1GB/Internal memory 256MB instead of 16GB) so I wrote to them on their customer service ( Complaint Ticket No: Kaun/T4206/JHZ7L7I3BT) telling them about the sub-standard product, but they started to dilly daly & put the onus on the vendor. I did the reverse shipment of the product at my own cost on the 8th of Dec, 2013 & they received the product & even got a confirmation from their end. Now they are refusing to refund the money which I have paid them, i.e. Rs: 9999.00.
