Dear,
I have State Bank of Patiala ATM card and my account no is 65142350074. I used may ATM card for shopping. I did swipe my card but in swipe machine it shows transaction failed please try again. But amount of 6800rs is deducted from my account. I lodged online complaint on8/11/2013 with complaint no. SBPCREFNO/6635 BUT STIll i didn't get money as they told me i"ll get money till 28/12/2013. and didn't get any satisfactory reply from there side. as per RBI Guide this case should be solve with in 12 days otherwise they have to pay 100rs/day.
So kindly take immediate action on my complaint . Now it been too much time
