Complaint Details
unauthorized credit card transaction happened on my cc on 25/10/2013 at
merchant biriyani HUT for rs. 145, actually the merchant first swiped card
inside office and informed me it was unsucesful and taken cash payment and
gave proof of cash receipt. Icici bank not taking any action to get the payment reversed. RBI guidelines informed me that unauthorized payments should be refunded. ICICI bank gave me normal card with pin protection.
