Internet not working from first day. No service. Was not able to Use internet for more than 2 hours in 8 days. So closed down the connection on Dec 6. Paid upfront Rs 1500 (Rs 800-installation, Rs 700 advance rental)Asking me to pay additional amount. Need refund of Rs 700 and waiver of Rs 550.23
