The Hool ex leaves siuri at 13-30hr and reaches Howrah at 18-45hr (generally at 19-20hr)
Whereas Mayurakshi fast passenger crosses the same distance within 16-25hr to 21-20hr though the latter is a local train. Railway authority illegally demands extra fare for so called hool ex (13051/52) day after day.
Already complaint is registered in rail website but did not get any response. In the mean time E rail G.M is convinced to sanction extra stoppage at Chinpai station. Actually the train has the capability to reach Howrah within 17-30 fulfilling its present fixture only problem its rail track availability. Either get the fare reduce or curtail time span.
