Ordered dress worth Rs. 30400 on 30/11/2013 thru Citi credit card and Bangles worth Rs. 4500 on 1/12/2013 thru citi credit card. On 6/12/2013 Requested for cancellation of both the orders # 100010487 and 100010496. They accepted the request and requested for 15-20 days to refund. After 20 days I raised concern for the refund thru chat, emails and calls but got no response. I also warned them about filing case with Consumer Forum. After which to I didn't get their response. I also placed one more order on 25/12/2013 for a saree worth 1875, for which I didn't get written confirmation and order no. Looking for the help from this Forum. Have emails of cancellation and follow ups and also transaction ID # from bank.
