I received call on 26.12.2013 from Bag it today personnel that they are selling a product i.e. Zia diamond Jewellery whose market price is Rs 30000.00 and is readily encashable. Along with this there are 3 other combo items with this and further i have been selected as one of the top five customers for Shop N Drive contest which offered a Hyundai EOn car to the winner . Along with this i was assured a free gift of Panasonic LCD. On 29.12.2013 i again received call from the no. 0120-01202593950 (All the calls came from this no.) and they told me that i m running at no.1 position for the contest and if i place another order for Zia Diamond jewellery my position will b blocked and i will be sure to win contest whose result will be announced on 31.12.2013 . This time the price of the combo consignment was Rs 22499.00.I got lured by the offer and gave them my nod and made the mistake of giving my credit card details to the person calling as Mr.AMit kumar, Head of the promotional department and the payment was made . On receing my first parcel for the order dated 26.12.2013 , i received certified diamond jewellery (Zia diamonds) and went for selling it off in the market. But to my utter surprise , the jewellery which was told to be of Rs 30000.00, no one is ready to buy it and is offering only Rs 1500-2000 that only for exchanging with some other item.
Hence all this is fraud by Today retail network. All the calls are made from their no.s only and if one tries to get back to them at 0120-2593999 they are connecting the lines to the personnel posing as speaking from personnel department. Kindly take some strict action against the group and help me in getting my money back.
