Complaint Details
Tata Photon Whiz Post Paid Connection of Jharkhand Circle was terminated on 15Th October'2013 without intimation. Bill amount of Rs.1194 for the month of November 2013 and December 2013 was delivered. Sales manager from customer care reported that to terminate the service, I need to pay the two month dues for which I could not access the service from the photon device.
