I bought the Celkon tab in 3rd june 2013 worth rs. 6600 with one year warranty period. i'm holding all the bills and warranty card associated with the product. In sep 2013, It stopped working with the sim. and the same issue has been escalated to the celkon service center on 26 sep 2013 and the same has been accepted by them and they said that they will rectify the issue and return back within 10days..They provide me a bill that they have received my tab for repairing. i'm holding that bills alos with me. After 10days, i have tried so many times with the call and also visited many times directly. I didn't get the proper reply. Now it crossed about 90days, my patients has been lost. I need a minimum compensation of Rs. 10,000 for my telephone calls and tablet and my time .
