Complaint Details
I purchased certain Jaquar bath accessory products on virtue of their warranty terms and conditions. The product was defective from the start and I had to file a complaint. Since Dec 13th 2013 I have placed 6 calls to their customer care and opened a request ticket for warranty but despite repeated calls to inquire about the status. Each time I am told someone from Jaquar local support will contact me but that has not happened. Its unfortunate how Jaquar choses to do business and not comply with their promised terms and conditions. I have come across numerous similar complaints against them from all over the country.
