Dear Sir/ Madam,

I was purches my Sony Xperia SP( C5302) handset before 7 month ago after that I was visited more than 3 time because of my problem in my device after that now again I am facing the same and more problem in my device and sony service center not able to resolve they always format the cell and given me for use within 8 to 10 days again I ma facing the same iisue, And I already request to company please replace my handset so they not replace the handed so request to you please take the necessary action on sony service centre and company they told me this not policy whenever you have problem let us know and they every time format the cell and issued me from last 7 month I was visited the services center in 4 times so please take the necessary action on sony company.
