This happened to me with UNIVERCELL,nungambakkam branch after buying nokia lumia 720.When they sold they lied to me sayind they will do after sales service. Later when i went to complaint about touch not working properly they said they cannot help and it is not their problem!!! what the hell??? do they think customers are fools???
