Complaint Details
My, Karthikeyan K B made a journey from KPD(Katpadi)to AWY(Aluva) on 10th December 2012 in Southern Railways train Number 06001. I had booked 3rd AC Ticket PNR No: 4447132884. Unfortunately the train din't have the AC Coach attached and TTE gave us relevant document for a refund. But submitting it in IRCTC, we din get our refund more than a year rather than a regret message due to their negligence.
I have attached the corresponding documents.
