I booked 5 tickets for New Years Party worth Rs. 2000 each on bookmyshow.com to be held in Tulip Star, Juhu by a company named Purplestone Entertainment. When we got there, we witnessed utter mismanagement and nuisance, and the party was called off at 11:15 PM with an announcement that our money will be refunded. But there has been no announcement since then and we have been cheated with Rs. 10000. I request you to please get our money refunded.
