Dear Sir,

The above siad website is completely fooling the customers by sending pendrives - which hang the computer and they do not have any person to follow after sales and the phone lines and staff are also not working.

I have purchased from them a pendrive - having IIT JEE EXAM CRASH COURSE but the pendrive is susceptible to crashes and "white screens".

I have followed them FROM MY SIDE on phones as well as numerous emails but to no avail.

Please to initiate proceedings or warnings against this company.
