Complaint Details
I had placed pre booking order of UBISlate 7+ on 23 March 2012 with their Online portal. I made a prepayment of Rs 2999/- with cheque. The Order Booking ID given to me is PMEE978.
The product was promised to be delivered in 15 working days... Since then i followed with email and customer care of Datawind .. but all time to get only promises and no product delivery. I finally asked to atleast refund the money On May 28, 2013.. and they promised me to refund money in 10-15 days but since then no refund also..

I have already express no interest in the product.
I need all my money refund with annual interest of 24% YOY

And a compensation of Rs 10000 towards mental strain for past two years..
