I ordered cake, flowers and a crystal horse at the website www.gifts2bangalore.com on 11/29/2013. The cake that was delivered was the wrong one and the flowers were the only thing in the order that was ok. The crystal horse was not delivered. I got in touch with the customer service department and they kept saying that it will be delivered. They stopped taking my calls and replying to my emails. Now when I got in touch, they say they can't refund the money for the cake and the crystal horse amounting to $40.16. This webiste is fraudulent and should be blacklisted so people like me are not cheated of their hard earned money and gifts not delivered to loved ones was the most disappointing part. The customer service is not at all co-operative. I would request for this website to be blacklisted better still brought down so more people are not being cheated. Internet crime is taken very seriously now a days and should be punishable. Also, this would make the internet a better place to shop without being afraid of losing money or getting defective products. This spoiled the wedding anniversary surprise for my sis-in-law and they couldn't even eat the cake as I ordered a vanilla cake and they send a pineapple cake. My family hates pineapple cake and had to throw it away. I would really request you to bring this wrong to right. I have attached the order pdf. The picture of gifts delivered. Notice the cake is yellow. Lastly, I attached proof of price of cake and crystal horse. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks in advance.
