I was using 125 booster pack and 3g services in mobile on december month.My booster pack has completed on dec'18 so that i recharged through online for 125 rupees.But it did not activate when i contacted customer care they did not give me a proper response who(Arun customer executive) gave me higher authority mobile number which is 9952434865,when i tried to contact this number i got no response.What they are saying if i recharge 125 booster pack thorough online i will get only net pack of 126.As a customer how do we know these things and all have they mentioned these things in airtel webseite or have they informed to your customer center.I need my money or recharge for my booster pack 125
