This is the Email i have sent to timesjobs many a times

My name is Roger Sahotra

On december 18 2013
i had availed a career enhancement service offered by timejobsindia
whose price was charged 2750.

The representative who offered and gave description
about job seek service was Neha

What Neha said :
1) My resume would be flashed all over india into top MNCs as well as Internationally.
2)She never informed the job seek service is only for a month , 30 days period.
3)Constant calling was done from the following phone numbers which i have a complete record of:
4)After payment of rupees 2750 there would be another resume service flashing worth rupees 4200 was never mentioned and i was been asked to avail that service too which i was told would be included in 2750 job seek service.

Neha called several times offering job seek service which she gave details to me as mentioned above and i was asked to pay 2750 Indian rupees as the fees of the service. It took 15 minutes
for me to make online transfer of the money.


And once the money transfer was done i was redirected to another job description provider
whose name was Akash
When i came to know about all the unfaithfull offers and promises i was made including
into the job seek service of Rupees 2750 i decided to not to move further for the job seek service
and asked to terminate the process of job seek service and refund my money of 2750

Mr. Akash mentioned that he would definitely do all the things as per my consent
but before they need to listen to voice phone call recordings of representative Neha and Roger (me) and mentioned to return back in 2 hours which they never did.

And after 6 hours i get acall from another representative namely Pradeep
who tries to again informs me about the 2750 Job seek service which i do not want to make
use of and again i have to make him understand the whole scenario that i have been given
fraudfull and false information on the basis of job assistance and i was to be contacted back
for the refund of my money.
then Pradeep asks me for the confirmation of the Job seek service whether i am ready to
start the service or not ? In an answership requirement of YES or NO?

So i clearly said NO......I repeat again i clearly said NO
I do not wish to move further for the Job seek service because all the information given
to me i completely falsefull and completely fraudulant
So, Mr Pradeep again filed a complaint against my verdict and called next morning
for more clarifications for the trueness of my verdict.

Next morning i again explain the whole story just another one more time to Mr Pradeep
and again i am being forced and compleled to make use of that creepy resume service
worth Rupees 4200 and i would be getting discount of 10%

I dint understand at that time once again when i do not possess any faith times jobs career
assistance anymore after all that happened to me why i am still being dragged into
forcefull career availment.

Mr Pradeep clearly mentioned that they apologize for all the wrong information given to me|
and it was not good at all on the BIG name so called THE TIMES JOBS as they did listen to all the voice recordings of Representative Neha and Roger (me)

So i was told that teh refund process has been started and in 48 hours the refund process will be
done to my account.

Now after 48 hours i gain make a call to the number 18605005500
and a customer care executive namely Pratneesh pics up the call
and Just .....One....More ....Time
I again have to explain all the things right from the beginning each time
giving them the Job Seek Order Number- 1264871

and again i am being told that another representative will get back to me
in next 24 hours and this thing make me feel depressed as well as angry
And after 24 hours i again make a call to 18605005500
and yes one more time i explain the whole story to another
person one more time and ask him about the refund process initiation
and mamangement. Then again i am told that i would get a call within few hours
and those few hours have yet not observed by me.

Now i again make a call to 1865005500
after 2 days and ask for the refund process and again i am not given any suitable answer
and not contact is done with me to ask me details for deposit of refund by any means

Now let me be very very clear
I want the refund of my money in next 24 hours what so ever be damn your system
i dont care .........i freaking out badly and harassed and metally disturbed by this
preposterous act of TimeJobs India and i would make sure that strict legal actions
are taken against TimesJobs and all the employees with whom i have had a word

Even i have all the phone call records and crystal clear conversations of all the people
who interracted with me about the complete FRAUD done with me.
I am a person of Radio And Tv Entertainment media
And i will make sure that strict legal actions are taken against times jobs for :

1)Fraudulent money extraction process
2)Misguidance and misleading exposure to youth on the names of jobseek services
3)Mental harasement to individuals like me who keep draging their butts after getting exploited by you.
4)Wasting my precious time hindering my present work scenario and hindering my living and earnings on time and again contactship being done to timesjobs step ahead service

And again i am making it very clear that i would make sure that the same email
reaches to:
1) Government complaint consumer forums and complaint centres
2) Government as well as private Tv channels like Aaj Tak, ABP News , Star News , ZEE News
DD News , IBN7 , NDTV , India Today and many more new channels for the reality to be known to the youth of India who Trust so blindly the name so called TheTimesJobs
3) All the career and youth web portals and forums like Yahoo careers , facebook, all social networking websites
4) I would also make sure that i prepare a complete video on how the things have happened with me giving complete information
into it as clearly mentioned in this Email and publish it best possibly i can bring the truth of times jobs to all the youth of India
