Complaint Details
Bought aquaguard elegance ro worth 12000/- in april 2013. Received faulty product. Has been repaired 5 times since then. Service asked for a bottle installation. Installed the same in 800/- no bill given. Still no improvement. Has been repaired 3 times after installation of bottle. Called costumer care many times all in vein. They always promise for a callback by a senior that never happened. They should exchange it or give our money back.
