Complaint Details
Never buy any product from Croma Retail Store as they sell repaired handset as new. I bought Sony Xperia mobile from Croma in month of April,13 and after 6 months of purchase when I was facing problem with handset & visited Sony service center I was shocked to know that the same handset has came to repair not once but twice before my purchase. When I contacted the Croma store it was more shocking to know that the Branch Manager is admitting the mistake & justifying this issue as normal sale practices of Croma. So I moved to Consumer court for the fraud happen with me & the process still going on in Croma.
