Complaint Details
We had bought the Godrej AC in November 2012. We installed and started using the AC in May 2013. In october, it stopped working. We lodged a complaint by calling at the online support centre of Godrej on 17th Oct. After vigorous follow up, godrej engineer visited and told us that the compressor and condensor have conked off. Since then, we have been following up with the online support centre, engineer and other representative, but all of them have been giving excuses. A few representative dont even respond to the phone calls. There is no update from their side for how much more time this may take. Request you to please help us out!
