on 3rd Jan I received a message on my BSNL no 9394246058 stating " Thanks for subscribing to Mobizine Telugu alert for 30 days from 03/01/2014.You have been charged Rs.30.To unsub, SMS STOP or Call on 155223 Tollfree"
I didnt send any request to activate such service
when I contacted on the no provided in the message the executive who picked up talked very rudely n replied I can't help because your record is not with me and said that contact Andhra costumer care because my no belonged to that circle n presently I am in haryana circle
so I was supposed to call Andhra costumer care which was going to cost me STD charges
it is very tragic n well planned activity of these service provider whenever someone moves to roaming area they activate such services n deduct amount and costumer is not left with any option because he will have to waste more money by contacting costumer care on std charges
