I had to travel from Chennai to Madurai and I had booked Multi-Axle 2+2 AC Volvo with Parveen Travels which costs 800 per ticket. Once I reached there, the employees asked me to board a single axle AC volvo bus and when I enquired that I had booked for multi-axle, each one was giving different information. One said the ticket is wrongly generated while another said the Multi-Axle bus broke down and so they are sending this bus in alternate. The bus in which I was asked to travel was worth 500 per ticket. When I asked for a refund, they used foul language and one even threatened to make me not to travel.
